Practicing pharmacy, or providing patient care services, without the proper licenses in place could result in disciplinary actions and fines for your pharmacy, health care facility and the licensed personnel responsible for the pharmacy and health care facility’s operations.

In addition to licensing authorities imposing disciplinary actions or fines; Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payor networks, in which you are enrolled, could indicate you are in breach of contract or provider agreement, pursuant to servicing their clients without the proper licensure.  This violation of the contract or provider agreement for your pharmacy, or health care facility, could result in recoupment of funds paid to you for serving their clients or removal from the payor network.

 

Adeia Services LLC will work with you and your staff to identify the pharmacy and health care services provided to your patients. Upon completion of defining services, Adeia Services LLC will perform a detailed Licensure Evaluation to ensure the proper permits, licenses, categories or sub-categories are in place for your pharmacy or health care facility.

If additional licenses are needed, or current licensure requires updating, Adeia Services LLC’s Application Services are available to complete and submit the mandatory applications for you pharmacy or health care facility.
